• Supplier and OSAT Audit: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. Address customer audit findings, implementing corrective actions and process improvements. Investigate customer quality complaints and RMAs; drive 8D corrective and preventive actions to address root causes of customer quality issues.

Job Requirements : 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, Quality) with >10 years of Semiconductor Industry experience, with a focus on supplier quality management, process engineering, or quality assurance.
• Demonstrated good track record of managing complex supplier quality programs, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and working cross-functionally with suppliers and internal teams.
• Certifications and Expertise In-depth knowledge of international quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949 etc.) is essential.
• Practical familiarity with quality tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control (SPC), FMEA, 8D problem solving, and supplier audit methodologies is highly valuable.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt) is an advantage.

We are seeking a passionate and driven Test Engineer who thrives on complex system integration challenges. In this role, you will go beyond test execution. You will help architect, develop, and automate the testing framework for our next-generation e-payment ecosystem, playing a key role in shaping the future of digital finance.

Responsibilities

Test Planning & Analysis

• Develop test strategies and test plans by analysing business and system requirements
• Create and maintain requirements traceability matrices to ensure comprehensive test coverage

Test Design & Development

• Design, develop, and document detailed test cases
• Prepare, configure, and manage test environments

Test Automation & Performance

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using scripting/programming languages
• Perform performance tuning and develop automation framework documentation
• Develop user manuals and clear technical documentation for end users, including testers and stakeholders

Test Execution & Defect Management

• Execute test procedures and manage defect logging, tracking, and resolution
• Perform root cause analysis for production and UAT defects
• Identify test gaps and implement improvements to enhance testing efficiency

Stakeholder Collaboration

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant experience across the full system development lifecycle
• Strong understanding of end-to-end SDLC processes (requirements, development, testing, deployment)
• Experience in Micro-payments or Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) systems using Smart Cards is an advantage
• Experience in SIT, UAT, and performance testing phases is an advantage
• Familiarity with DevSecOps tools such as Confluence, Jira, Xray, GitLab CI/CD, or similar platforms with security integrations is an advantage
• Experience in API security testing automation and microservices security validation is an advantage
• Software testing certification is preferred

Responsibilities:

The scope of Test Engineer shall include the following:

· Responsible for the end-to-end testing activities of an integrated e-payment system;

· Carrying out the activities in the testing lifecycle including test planning, analyzing business and system requirements;

· Preparing the test environment, designing and developing the test cases, executing the test procedures;

· Automating the test solution based on the system design using scripting or programming languages as well as performance tuning;

· Creating traceability to requirements, analysing gaps and addressing them;

· Logging and tracking defects to closure;

· Conducting test reviews with internal and external stakeholders;

· Performing root cause analysis for production and user acceptance defects, address test gaps to ensure test efficiency;

· Developing design documents and user manuals which would effectively describe and provide clear instructions on the test automation solution to the end users who include testers and stakeholders; and

· Implementing and maintaining automated testing pipelines within DevSecOps frameworks to integrate comprehensive testing

Qualifications & Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Engineering;

· At least 3 years’ relevant experience in executing testing and developing test automation solutions involving devices (UI-based or embedded) and/or back-office systems with familiarity on the full system development lifecycle from requirement, development, to testing and deployment;

· Good written and verbal communication skills;

· Able to work well both independently as well as in a team;

· Certification in software testing preferred;

· Experience in Micro-payments/Automatic Fare Collection systems using Smart Cards and in diverse test execution phases (System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Performance testing) would be an advantage;

· Experience in DevSecOps tools such as Confluence, Jira, Xray, GitLab CI/CD or similar platforms with security plugin integration would be an advantage; and

· Experience with API security testing automation and microservices security validation would be an advantage.
