Get to Know the Role

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Associate Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of outgoing products within high-volume manufacturing environments, in alignment with specifications and quality standards. This role is essential in verifying that all products meet customer requirements, internal benchmarks, and regulatory obligations before shipment. As a Senior/Principal Quality Engineer, you will serve as a senior technical leader for manufacturing quality in a complex, precision manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with deep experience in industrial lasers, photonics, optics, semiconductor capital equipment, or other high-complexity electro-mechanical systems. • Lead development and deployment of PFMEA, control plans, inspection strategies, and risk-based quality controls for complex assemblies and manufacturing processes.

ROLE PURPOSE
