JOB DESCRIPTION :

1.Attend to customer complaint and feedback to complaint.

2. Follow up on corrective and preventive action taken.

3. Schedule subcontract audit and follow up with subcontractor on quality issues.

4. Conduct monthly quality meeting and inter department meeting.

5. Approve testing lot.

6. Liaise with customer.

7. Evaluate & acknowledge certification (calibration).

8. Monitoring 6S/kaizen activity.

9. Approval for job output and target.

10. Filing/documentation/purchasing.

11. Monitoring QA activity and support subordinate work load when required. 12 Conduct training (to relevant staff) when required.

13. Ensuring Occupational Safety & Health policy is implemented and maintaned in good condition.

The Quality and Environment Executive is responsible to support the HSE Manager coordinate and implement activities in maintaining the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System. The incumbent is also required to be the point of reference in ensuring the plants complies with the local legislation on Environment.

Specific accountabilities and job functions will be but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the implementation and execution of ISO Management System.
• Responsible for the Internal Audit and Management Review as stipulated by the ISO system. Roles includes planning, conducting and reporting.
• Responsible for identifying, monitoring and controlling of documentation.
• Responsible for effective management of environmental issues in compliance with local laws and company policy.
• To prepare monthly department activity report.
• Liasons with external parties on matters concerning ISO Quality & Environmental Management
• To provide awareness and familiarisation training to new employees on matter relating to Quality & Environmental Management.
• Responsible for effective management of environmental aspects and impacts, ensuring compliance with Malaysian environmental legislation including the Environmental Quality Act 1974 (EQA) and its subsidiary regulations.
• In the absence of HSE Manager, to perform his/her duties on matters related to quality & environmental management system.
• To prepare and submit the Cementir Environmental report yearly.
• To liase with DOE on matters concerning scheduled waste.
• Responsible to submit reports and correspondences required by DOE.
• Play the role as Certified Environmental Professional in Scheduled Waste Management (CePSWaM) for our company.
• Taking up any other roles assigned by the HSE Manager or the management of the company whenever required

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• 1–2 years of working experience in Quality Management System (QMS) and/or Environmental Management System (EMS), preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Registered with the Department of Environment (DOE) as a Certified Environmental Professional in Scheduled Waste Management (CePSWaM).
• ISO Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001) is an added advantage.

Job description

We are looking for the right candidate for the position of QA Assistant / Executive to grow with us. You will be responsible for:

• Assist in implementation and management of food safety (HACCP & ISO 22000) & quality assurance programmes in Central Kitchen & outlets (local & overseas)
• Training of staff in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food hygiene and food handling techniques
• Assist in QA testing programme and new product development
• Conduct regular inspections
• Conduct investigations on customers’, outlets’ and Central Kitchen’s feedback
• Ensure all SOPs are adhered to at Central Kitchen & outlets
• Liaise with vendors/contractors on maintenance matters pertaining to food safety/QA issues

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Food Science & Technology or related field
• Preferably 3 years of working experience in the QA field in the F&B industry
• Able to write and converse well in both English & Chinese due to operational needs
• Highly motivated, meticulous and takes initiative

Role:

You will be facilitating immigration work, mainly on Singapore Permanent Resident and Singapore Citizenship applications. Responsibilities

• Manages immigration applications for clients relating to Singapore Citizenship and other applications etc

• Liaise effectively and work closely with clients on the required documents to ensure all documents are furnished for submission

• Advise clients on accurate documentation and provide advisory to them based on a deep understanding of Singapore inbound immigration regulations and policies

• Understand clients’ backgrounds and write cover letters to best present their profiles

• Ensure high work accuracy is delivered in all applications to the government bodies

• Attend to clients' queries and the completion of the formalities during and after post-submission within Company’s response time

• Updating and maintaining respective tracking sheets accurately in an organized and timely manner

Requirements

• Minimally Diploma qualification in hospitality, mass communication, logistics or equivalent

• Strong communication skills with Chinese client and good written English skills

• Prior client management experience is required

• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in customer facing & handling large volume of document . Client and project management experience is a plus

• No prior immigration experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.

• Good time management skills & must be able to handle a high volume of digital documents

• Ability to plan workload and meet deadlines

Mon to Fri 9am - 6.30pm ( Hybrid Available )

8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon-Fri) with 1.5-hour lunch break

Responsibilities

• Responsible in managing, processing and reviewing the KYC information and documents for client on-boarding or periodic review
• Follow thoroughly the CDD and KYC review with relevant parties e.g. external and internal stakeholders to facilitate the collection of KYC and relevant documents including tax information/documents and ensuring clients are onboarded or account information are refreshed/updated in accordance with the company’s AML/KYC standards
• Perform AML Risk Assessment on both account opening and periodic reviews of existing relationships. This includes reviewing the adequacy of SOW/SOF corroboration and identifying any AML risk
• Adhering to Company’s Standard Operating Procedures and keep abreast of changes to any regulatory requirements on AML/CFT and identify risk mitigates
• Ensuring established policies, procedures and processes are compliant with new requirements/changes and consistency of workflows amongst team members
• Participate in quality assurance processes for completed KYC profiles, ensuring all activities are documented and completed within designated deadlines.
• Assist with various ad-hoc regulatory-driven projects, process improvement initiatives, and general administrative/operational tasks as required by management.

• Diploma/Degree with at least 2 years of AML/KYC working experience preferably from financial institution sectors
