Job Summary

The Compliance and Audit Associate supports the organization in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and international standards, including Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), Quality Management Systems (QMS), IT Service Management Systems (ITSMS), and AI Management Systems (AIMS). Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of internal audits and compliance assessments across multiple standards and frameworks, including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, and ISO 42001

Job Requirements

Education

Job Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity governance and maintain an enterprise-wide view of risks across systems, vendors, and users

Qualities You Should Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, governance, or risk management
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF,CIS Controls)
• Hands-on experience with MDR/SIEM platforms, CrowdStrike Falcon Complete preferable

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor cleanroom environmental surveys, to verify compliance and support area buy-off.                             
• Develop and execute contamination sampling plans for cleanroom environmental, equipment, tools, and process samples to ensure cleanliness and prevent yield-impacting defects.                            
• Perform routine and event-based environmental and equipment sampling to support operational readiness and cleanroom classification.                                
• Manage handling and qualification of cleanroom indirect materials by setting cleanliness criteria, performing inspections, and approving materials for use.                                   
• Define cleanroom protocols, including gowning, behavior, and contamination prevention practices, and provide training to ensure compliance.

Compensation

Lead and oversee quality assurance activities, including non-conformance management, part containment, and disposition of discrepant materials through the Material Review Board (MRB) and eNCS system. Drive engineering change reviews, 8D investigations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality incidents and excursions.
