About the Role

The Purchasing / Planning Support Executive is responsible for supporting procurement and material planning operations to ensure smooth and reliable supply chain execution.

In this role, you will work closely with suppliers, warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to ensure materials are available at the right time to support production and business needs. • Responsible for the quality of products supplied to the company
• Negotiate term contracts/credit terms with suppliers
• Execute orders and monitor delivery status
• Manage and source for vendors with competitive prices
• Upkeep purchased records and provide monthly reports for all orders
• Conduct supplier audit
• Implement and maintain ISO 9001:2015

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Preferably with technical knowledge
• Min 2 years purchasing experience in Marine Industry
• Driver's license will be a bonus
• Able to commence work immediately
