• Focus on providing good service to internal stakeholders, by engaging and collaborating with them to better understand their work needs and to offer value-for-money viable or alternate products and services when required or necessary to. • Tabulate C7 transfer summary and submitted to Finance for closing.
• Email the outlets beverage cost report for comparison view.
• Analyze on the reason of high cost, provide necessary reports and supporting documents
• Review of the store slow moving items and highlighted to Chef/ F&B to propose of moving out from store for more effective manning

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Purchasing in sourcing and procuring products essential to company operations.

• Source and evaluate international suppliers while negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure best value in quality, cost, and reliability.

• Maintain and update inventory records to ensure accurate tracking of purchases and deliveries.

• Work with suppliers and teams to ensure smooth supply, while monitoring market trends and supplier performance.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and handle purchasing documentation, including purchase orders, requisitions, and reports.

• Ensure procurement compliance with regulations and company policies while coordinating with internal teams to provide updates and address procurement-related issues.
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline

• 6–8 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within the foodservice industry

• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong attention to detail and high accuracy in work.

• Hands-on and results-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
