Job Summary:

A Warehouse Assistant supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. They help maintain inventory accuracy, ensure workplace safety, and keep the warehouse organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries.
• Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
• Prepare shipments for dispatch and coordinate with delivery personnel.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.

Job Description

• Generate Purchase Orders
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery
• Co-ordinate with internal departments/vendors/logistics to verify quantity and quality of received items
• Verify vendor's invoice with purchase order and delivery order
• Liaise with vendors on product quality issues and or other discrepancies
• Monitor warehouse stock inventory level to ensure sufficient stock available
