Who we are looking for

As part of the Professional Services organization within CRPM (Charles River Private Markets), the primary goal of the Principal Consultant will be ensuring successful Professional Services (“PS”) to meet customer requirements while promoting customer adoption and providing a channel for the sale of other company Software and Services.  This role is extremely critical as it takes the handoff of a client from a finalized Sales contract to ensuring that customer is effectively on-boarded (a consulting engagement that could last several months).  As the senior hire on this team within APAC region, this person has the unique opportunity to also support business development efforts heavily throughout the sales process and will be the lead in definition of PS scope and PS team assignment / development.  As such, the role is equal parts Sales, Client Management, and Operations, and it works closely with every area within the company while gaining a deep understanding of all areas of the business.  The Principal Consultant will be the key interface to customer success and have consistent exposure to large private markets funds and multi-national companies.   The key to this role is delivery – the Principal Consultant will lead the execution to deliver to client goals while being a trusted advisor to the client.  It is expected this role will oversee all Professional Services work within the region while also supporting business development efforts to scope and close new clients.

What you will be responsible for

As Director APAC Principal Consultant you will

• Client Work:  Own client engagement and program management of Professional Services deployment

• Oversee APAC portfolio of clients and Professional Services teams within the region (assign and monitor PS team progress on each client)

• Manage customer relationship throughout PS and be the trusted advisor to clients in region (lead on SteerCos)

• Guide customer to decisions / consensus and drive to deadlines assertively

The Team:

Group Treasury is responsible for funding the group through bank debt, commercial paper and issuing bonds and for making cash available to the group, where and when it is needed. System maintenance

Role and Responsibilities

• Document inspection and maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper housekeeping of spare parts, equipment and tools.
• Help to conduct fault analysis and testing of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Oversee the work of contractors outside the mechanical and electrical team to ensure safety requirements and operating standards are met.
• Perform corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Perform fault analysis and testing of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Electrical engineering technicians test, fix and adjust electrical equipment or products.
• Inspecting designs for quality control, reporting findings and providing recommendations
• Finding solutions for technical design problems that occur during the construction of electrical systems.
• Adjusting and replace broken electronic components and circuitry.
• Drawing diagrams with specifications to clarify the design details of experimental electronic units.

Requirements

• Diplama / Any
• Minimum 10 years' experience.
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS)
• Proficient in AutoCad.

What you'll be doing

• Engage stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into clear system documentation for enhancements and implementations

• Manage user access provisioning and governance across core systems, ensuring compliance with security and access control frameworks

• Monitor system performance and provide first-line support, coordinating timely escalation and resolution of technical issues

• Generate and analyse reports using Epic tools (e.g. Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer) to support operational insights and population health initiatives

• Perform data validation and quality checks for clinical datasets, including disease registries and health metrics

• Support system rollout and enhancement projects, including coordination of user training and adoption efforts

• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality meets operational requirements

• Coordinate system maintenance activities and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders

• Maintain accurate documentation, track requests, and support ongoing analytics and project initiatives

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/ Statistics or related studies

• 1 – 3 years of experience in healthcare systems, health informatics, or IT/data support roles

• Understanding of healthcare workflows and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems (e.g. Epic or equivalent)

• Experience in system support, user access management, or application coordination is advantageous

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

• Clear communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Comfortable working with data, reporting tools, and structured documentation

• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
