About the role

• Review commercial agreements by working closely with Contracts Manager for financial and legal risk exposure, including warranty terms, incoterms, and payment structures etc. 

• Identify and escalate financial risks arising from contractual commitments, ensuring alignment with company’s risk appetite and financial position. 

• Any other ad hoc tasks as required. 

What we’re looking for 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related discipline (other degrees may be considered with relevant experience). 

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience across commercial finance/deal structuring and corporate FP&A. 

• Strong understanding of accounting concepts and revenue recognition principles. 

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience developing and/or automating forecast models and management reports. 

• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is preferred, given regular liaison with China-based colleagues and stakeholders. 

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and precision; comfortable working to tight deadlines. 

• Resourceful problem-solver with curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset. 

• Fundraising and investor relations exposure is highly preferred. 

• Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) or similar certification is an added advantage. 

• Ability to translate data into clear visuals/infographics; familiarity with large datasets and tools such as Power BI/Tableau/SQL is a plus.
