Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting projects, testing activities, or change initiatives within a payments operations environment.
• Strong understanding of payment operations processes, including domestic and international payments, cross-border transactions, SWIFT messaging, and operational controls.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations related to payments, including sanctions screening and anti-money laundering requirements.
• Proven experience coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders while managing competing priorities in a project environment.
• Hands-on experience performing UAT, regression testing, defect tracking, and issue resolution activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and business analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Job Overview

Operations carry out the designated day-to-day tasks to ensure the business operates efficiently and effectively. Focusing on Payments and Reconciliations, the role ensures the company mitigates financial risk and provides a valued service to its clients.

Key Responsibilities

MonFXSettlements

• Liaise with Clients, Brokers and Banks to facilitate settlement of FX transactions and cash flows
• Account and trade reconciliation and remediation
• Inward/Outward payment entry
• High standard payment error investigation and resolution
• Timely preparation and reconciliation of the month end report for Finance
• Perform monthly reports in accordance with Monetary Authority of Singapore submissions

What are we looking for:

Role: KYC Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform second-level (L2/L3) reviews of KYC and Source of Wealth (SoW) assessments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance, while identifying potential red flags.
• Assess the plausibility, consistency, and adequacy of Source of Wealth narratives and supporting documentation.
• Validate risk ratings, customer risk profiles, and red flag indicators, ensuring appropriate identification, documentation, and resolution.
• Review and challenge assessment outcomes, providing independent and objective judgement on complex or high-risk cases.
• Prepare concise summaries and escalate high-risk, ambiguous, or sensitive cases to the AML Officer (AMLO), including well-supported recommendations.
• Maintain quality assurance records, ensuring documentation is audit-ready and aligned with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to internal audit and regulatory inspections by ensuring high-quality case documentation and adherence to procedures.

Skills / Expertise Required

• Minimum 3+ years of KYC/AML experience within banking or financial institutions (mandatory).
• Prior experience in Level 3 (L3)Compliance Officer roles is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations, KYC standards, and risk-based approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and assess financial crime risks, including red flags related to SoW and customer behavior.
