Technical Skills Requirements:

• At least 5-8 years of experience in developing various applications for production.

•   Plan, monitor and manage risks and issues related to technical application delivery, escalate them in a timely manner, and propose workarounds or resolutions.

•  Collaborate with Program/Project Managers, Business Analysts, System Analysts and subject matter experts to collate, understand and finalize functional and technical requirements.

•   Provide system inputs during the specification phase, including effortestimation, impact assessment and high‑level delivery planning.

•   Work with Test Managers to ensure completion of SIT, UAT, performance/load testing and application security testing with quality outcomes.

•   Prepare and manage technical implementation plans across application teams and ensure successful production deployment.

Requirements:
Education

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
