Job Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and assist customers upon arrival.
• Take customers' food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare beverages and serve food in accordance with company standards.
• Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments and maintaining accurate records.

The roleWe are looking for a part-time team member who takes quiet pride in their work. You will be the first and last impression a guest has of ICE & TIME — someone who moves with care, communicates with warmth, and upholds the calm, clean environment our guests come for.

What you'll do

1. Greet and guide guests with warmth and attentiveness

2. Prepare and present kakigori and beverages with precision

3. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the café at all times (including tableware cleaning, dining area, and restroom maintenance)

4. Handle transactions accurately and follow opening/closing procedures

5. Support restocking and prep tasks during quieter periods

Who we're looking for

• Punctual, reliable, and committed to your scheduled shifts

• Highly detail-oriented — you notice what others overlook

• Proactive — you act without waiting to be told

• An appreciation for Japan aesthetics, tea, or dessert culture

• Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore without sponsorship · Prior F&B experience is a plus

SKOSH is a modern Japanese-inspired café serving handcrafted onigiri, sandos, quality coffee, and matcha-led drinks, with an evening hand roll bar. We're opening a brand-new outlet on Scotts Road and hiring a fresh team to grow it with us. Part of The Hey Co Group, we offer hands-on training, a supportive team, and room to grow your career.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages and other drinks to SKOSH recipe and presentation standards.

Greet and seat guests, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages in a timely, friendly manner.

Provide recommendations on the menu and beverages, and handle guest requests with care.

Process payments accurately through the POS system and follow cash handling procedures.

Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining cleanliness across the dining and service areas.

Adhere to food hygiene and safety standards in beverage preparation and service.

Support stock replenishment and report low inventory of beverage and service items.

Requirements

Prior barista or F&B service experience preferred;

Basic latte art and espresso skills an advantage for the barista function.

Friendly, energetic and customer-focused with good communication skills.

Valid SFA Food Safety (Basic Food Hygiene) certification or willingness to obtain it.

Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
