• The Front Line: Serve as the Tier 1 point of contact, diagnosing hardware, OS, and networking (VPN, Wi-Fi) issues.

• Asset Lifecycle: Manage the deployment and "wiping" of devices, maintaining a high-standard hardware inventory.

• User Management: Handle the "Joiner-Mover-Leaver" lifecycle by managing accounts in Google Workspace and other Cloud services.

Who You Are
