• Install, service, troubleshoots, repair and overhaul basic machineries, pumps, valves, compressors and conveyor systems.
• Carryout Preventive Maintenance of Plant Equipments in co-ordination with the service providers and superiors.
• Monitor Normal Operation of Plant Equipment / Machinery / Pipe Work and Troubleshoot as necessary for smooth operation of Manufacturing Units / Packaging, minimizing downtime.
• Carry out Mechanical Lock out & Isolations as required to perform maintenance activities either in-house or by Contractors.
• Perform Job Safety Analysis, Job Safety Observations, Risk Assessments on Operation of Utilities / Maintenance Services.
• Supervise the works carried out by contractors and Safe handover & Take over of Equipments.

Requirements:

• Class 2 Boiler Attendant COC or Nitec- Mechanical Technology or Equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years working experience in operation of Steam Boilers and Maintenance of mechanical equipments.
• Basic English Knowledge to read and understand procedures
• Computer Skills to use Access databases for maintenance and E-mails
