RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for daily efficient management and coordination of plant operations activities, according to established work procedures.

• Prepare technical equipment according to event requirements.

• Conduct quality control (QC), routine maintenance, and functional testing of equipment.

• Label and organize equipment for easy identification and fast turnaround.

• Document and report faulty or damaged equipment to the management and warehouse team.

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, sub-rented items, and create shipping manifests.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse working environment.

Team Support & Growth

• Participate in hands-on training and learn from senior engineers.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments.

• Contribute to continuous improvements in processes, equipment maintenance, and safety standards.

Requirements

For Entry-Level Technicians:

• Basic knowledge of audio systems.

• Willingness to learn and grow in the live event industry.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.

• Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be able to lift equipment and perform hands-on tasks.

For Experienced Technicians / Engineers:

• Strong technical knowledge of Audio systems and live event workflows.

• Experience operating:

-Audio Technician/Engineer: Digital Audio consoles, Audio Intercoms, etc

• Proven ability to handle maintenance, QC, and preparation of technical equipment.

• Previous experience managing technical equipment setups on-site with minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with equipment databases or forklift certification is a plus.

Additional Information

• This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

• Willingness to work extended hours and travel across APAC

• Candidates with a valid forklift license, Class 3/4 driving license, or prior event production experience will have an advantage.
