ROLE OVERVIEW

The Sales Executive is a high-impact, client-facing role responsible for driving new business growth and expanding existing accounts for Insyghts Security's full portfolio of cybersecurity and information security services. This is a hunter-first role suited for someone who is commercially driven, self-motivated, and capable of engaging confidently with IT decision-makers, CISOs, and C-suite executives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•      Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across target sectors including government, financial services, healthcare, and enterprise

•      Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure

•      Build and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), with accurate forecasting and activity records

•      Develop a deep understanding of client security challenges and map Insyghts Security's service offerings to their specific needs

Education

Experience

Minimum 3–5years of B2B sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, IT managed services, or technology solutions. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential.

Location: Central Region
Salary: $2,800 – $3,100 per month (Gross salary up to 4k-5k)
Working days: 5 Days work week (Off day not fixed at weekend)

Responsibilities
• Manning of static/access control points
• Checking of passes and other documents at static/access points
• Screening and checking of all personnel and vehicles entering and exiting the premises
• Patrolling and guarding client’s personnel and properties
• Operating metal/explosive detectors/x-ray machines at checkpoints
• Issuing of visitor/contractor pass in exchange for their identification cards
• Attending to alarm activation
• CCTV Monitoring
• Responding to incidents such as unattended bags, etc.
• Maintaining records of all incidents
• Checking of boarding, staff, and valid entry passes
