Key Responsibilities: • Define and implement the company’s global legal compliance framework, ensuring all operations align with local regulations and international legal standards across multiple regions. • Design, refine, and manage a comprehensive global contract system, including the development of standardized legal templates; oversee the drafting and review of high stakes commercial agreements, investment documents, and other complex legal instruments; build and maintain a proactive global legal risk management structure. • Lead the resolution of significant legal disputes, including litigation and arbitration, on behalf of the company; offer direct legal support and strategic guidance during major negotiations, M&A transactions, financing activities, and other critical business initiatives to protect corporate interests. • Deliver strategic, forward-thinking legal counsel to senior leadership and business units; proactively identify, assess, and communicate potential legal and compliance risks inherent in global operations. • Supervise and mentor the global legal team, including professionals based in Singapore and other international offices; coordinate and manage relationships with external counsel and legal advisors to ensure optimal support. • Monitor and analyze legal and regulatory developments in key markets; build and maintain a centralized global legal information repository to inform and guide business strategy.
Qualifications: • Bachelor degree or higher in Law (e.g., LL.M., J.D.) from a prestigious university, or possess a foreign legal degree. • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a top-tier law firm and/or the legal department of a multinational corporation, including at least 5 years in a management role (e.g., Legal Director, Senior Legal Counsel). • Proficient in corporate law, contract law, foreign investment, data privacy, intellectual property, and dispute resolution. Possess extensive experience and a successful track record in handling cross-border transactions, compliance projects, and complex legal disputes. • Excellent bilingual communication (Chinese & English), negotiation, and drafting skills, with the ability to use English as the primary working language. Strong leadership, cross cultural collaboration skills, and the ability to clearly articulate complex legal issues to senior executives. • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and risk judgment. What You Bring: 

• Minimum of 5 years as a Consulting Architect or senior IT functional leadership experience
• History of working as a Consultant delivering professional services engagements
• Strong customer advocacy, relationship-building, presentation and communications skills
• Ability to lead meetings with project owners and C-level stakeholders. 
• Ability to articulate the business value of an outcome-based delivery while being technically savvy and hands-on
• Demonstrated experience of technical leadership throughout project lifecycles
• Solid experience deploying Elastic Security solutions or similar domains (Splunk, Arcsight, IBM QRadar). Alternatively, at least 2 years experience working as a Security Analyst, preferably utilising SIEM or endpoint security applications in a Threat Detection and Response focused role
• Knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and how it can be applied for Enterprise defence
• Fundamental understanding and experience of security tool capabilities
• Understanding and passion for cyber security and open-source technology
• Hands-on experience in on-prem systems and/or public/private cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, Openstack
• Hands-on experience in Linux

Role Overview

The Cloud Security Architect will lead and elevate our cloud security posture across the BU, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate is deeply experienced in cloud security principles, tooling, and governance, while also bringing a solid understanding of cloud architecture and development best practices to ensure secure-by-design cloud solutions. This role is crucial in aligning cloud security strategy with business requirements, guiding secure cloud adoption, and collaborating with product teams, cloud engineers, and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the design, implementation, and governance of Azure cloud security controls, aligned with industry standards (e.g., CIS, NIST, ISO 27001)
• Continuously strengthen Azure security posture using tools such as Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Azure Policy, RBAC, and PIM
• Develops and maintains cloud security policies, standards, and secure configuration baselines.
• Coordinates the identification, prioritization, and remediation of cloud vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.
• Supports security assessments, threat modeling, and risk analysis for cloud based solutions.
• Provides guidance during cloud security incidents and contribute to incident response processes and root cause analysis.
• Collaborates with cloud architects and development teams to ensure secure-by design patterns and reference architectures.
• Provides architectural security input on Azure services, identity models, network design, and application deployment patterns.

Requirements

• Experience in Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Solid understanding of basic security concepts such as Zero Trust, Least Privilege Access, Encryption and Key Management and Security Incident Response
