This role partners with Payments, Technology, Architecture, Compliance, and Treasury teams to deliver a secure, regulated, production grade tokenised deposit infrastructure that supports domestic and cross border settlement use cases.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tokenised Deposits Platform Analysis & Solution Design

• Lead end to end functional analysis for UOB’s tokenised deposit platform including:

Salary: Up to $15/hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean, update, and de-duplicate contact and company records in HubSpot
• Perform accurate data entry and bulk uploads into HubSpot
• Validate data completeness, accuracy, and consistency across records
• Flag data gaps, inconsistencies, or system issues to the team
• Support basic reporting and data extraction when required
• Assist in processing membership applications and updates
• Coordinate with internal teams on incomplete or unclear submissions
• Maintain proper data documentation and audit trails
• Provide administrative support to the team as required

Job Requirements:

• Comfortable working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
• Basic data management skills, including data cleaning, validation, and standardisation
• Strong attention to detail and high level of data accuracy
• Basic proficiency in Excel (e.g. filtering, sorting, simple formulas)
• Able to follow structured processes, data standards, and governance guidelines
• Able to manage repetitive data tasks with consistency and accuracy
• Good organisational, documentation, and follow-up skills
• Prior administrative, data-entry, or data support experience preferred
