• Perform end-to-end fraud checks and monitoring based on defined parameters and reporting requirements.
• Oversee voucher sales processes, including tracking, fulfilment, and coordination.
• Ensure accurate rewards and E-Voucher reconciliation in line with reporting and audit requirements.
• Maintain operational controls and support compliance with internal governance standards.

Marketing Support

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities within the system.
• Assist in campaign setup, validation, and post-campaign checks to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate timely campaign implementation.

Stakeholder Management & Support

• Provide training and guidance to tenants and internal stakeholders on system usage and programme mechanics.
• Manage onboarding, feedback, and day-to-day enquiries from users and partners.

Reporting & Administration

• Compile and submit monthly operational and performance reports.
• Support ongoing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team in handling technical enquiries, RFQs, quotations, and PO/DO processing

• Set KPIs and ensure timely turnaround and accuracy of all sales support activities

• Review and approve complex quotations, pricing, and technical proposals

Job Responsibilities

The Jobholder is in charge of all business and customer support activities related to Airbus Avionics Services and Operations activities in the following main areas :

• The Jobholder shall ensure customer satisfaction on all area of aftermarket support (Communication, supply chain performance, commercial, engineering support and product support), keeping Airbus Avionics ranked as the best OEM supplier by Airbus operators, via regular customer visits (90 visits per year)

Secondary Responsibilities:

• The Jobholder contributes to define Commercial strategy in Airbus Avionics, and ensures deployment in APAC & China regions by all stakeholder, such as Partner companies, or its local customer support organisation.
• The Jobholder shall coordinate Customer Support & Marketing representatives (CSD, GAM, Business development) in APAC to support any Airbus Avionics initiative to Customers. 
• The Jobholder ensures his/her team manages customer support operations in APAC and China (Ordering & supply chain), in close coordination with the Customer support operations team based in Toulouse.
