System Reliability & Availability Management  Provide L3 application support with continuous monitoring of critical production banking apps to ensure maximum uptime  Rapidly triage, diagnose, and resolve P1/P2 incidents while meeting corporate financial SLAs  Perform daily health checks, system updates, patches, and proactive monitoring to detect anomalies before business impact  Support DR drills and lead high-severity incident response with swift troubleshooting to maintain system resilience

 2. DevOps Engineering & Automation  Manage and support application deployments, automated configurations, and batch jobs via CI/CD pipelines  Identify, prioritize, and remediate system vulnerabilities/security flaws per compliance standards  Track EOS/EOL software components and plan technical upgrades to ensure system integrity and regulatory compliance  Design and implement automation scripts in PowerShell, Bash, Python to eliminate repetitive tasks and streamline maintenance/reporting

 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Environment Control  Work closely with developers, vendors, security/compliance teams, and business units to investigate issues and deliver long-term fixes  Coordinate and execute change/release management across Dev, UAT, and Production to maintain environment uniformity  Author and maintain technical runbooks, incident post-mortems, and engineering documentation to empower L1/L2 support and onboarding  Key Skills
