• Experience working with data structures or algorithms during coursework/projects, internships, practical experience (university or work) 

• Strong collaboration skills: can work across workstreams within your team and contribute to your peers’ success. 

• Demonstrable fluency in embracing artificial intelligence evolving toolkit as an engineer in the software development lifecycle. 

• Interest in working as a generalist across varying technologies and stacks to solve problems and delight both internal and external users. 

The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help  

• Demonstrable experience working in software engineering in a professional environment.

• Experience building user interfaces, designing and building APIs. 

• Experience building software solutions in the investment management industry 

• Experience with modern cloud and data platforms (e.g. Aws, Azure, Snowflake)  

• Experience with frontend ecosystem (TypeScript, React, etc.) and backend engineering in languages such as Python, C#.
