The Data Center Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our data center facilities, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing data center infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, and implementing best practices for environmental and power management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain data center physical and virtual infrastructure to ensure 99.99% uptime.

• Manage power systems, including UPS, generators, and distribution units.

• Maintain environmental controls such as cooling, humidity, fire suppression, and security systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, network, and environmental issues promptly.

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and upgrades of data center equipment.

• Own SOC validation tasks on both emulation and post-silicon platforms, ensuring design quality and conformance with the standards and specifications
• Responsible for the development of the functional validation plan and test programs for complex high-performance SOC
• Understand the standards and specifications, hardware and software operations and end to end features of the automotive connectivity and display solutions
• Participate in the architectural discussions and provide innovative solutions during the development of the SOC

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or computer science
• 8+ years of experience in validating complex silicon, using emulation platforms, chip functional bring up, familiarity with lab equipment is required
• Proven ability to thrive in a small, agile engineering team, taking initiative and handling evolving technical challenges, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Deep understanding of SOC architecture, embedded systems, digital IC design, hardware/software partition
• Prior working experience of display technologies such as MIPI DSI, Display port or HDMI would be a major plus
• Background in computer networking, ethernet, packet processing or understanding of networking protocols will be major plus
• Knowledge of embedded processor and firmware operation, processor sub-system, such as ARM cortex-A/M/R or RISC-V would be a plus
• Familiarity with industry standard hardware interfaces, such as Ethernet/PCIe/USB/SPI/I2C would be a plus
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, or other relevant hardware programming and scripting languages
