• Experience in supporting and installing Finacle 10.x/11.x environments, including troubleshooting and configuring new services
• Ability to take ownership of deliverables and engage effectively with all stakeholders
• Strong understanding of N-tier architecture in Finacle and high availability concepts
• Proficient in writing SQL queries in Oracle/PostgreSQL for troubleshooting, data analysis, and reporting
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux commands
• Basic proficiency in middleware technologies such as WebSphere Application Server and JBoss
• Experience in automating routine environment management tasks
• Experience in handling patching activities for Finacle, OS, middleware, and database components, including impact assessment and coordination with supporting teams (OS, DB, Middleware, etc.)
• Familiarity with environment maintenance tasks, such as source/data refresh across environments and CI/CD concepts

Requirements

• Finacle 11.x experience with at least 6+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, and PostgreSQL
• End-to-end setup experience in Finacle (10.x or 11.x) environments
• Experience in production support and familiarity with change management processes
