• Review requirements and system design documents to ensure testability and coverage
• Support simulation and scenario-based testing where applicable
• Mentor junior testers and promote best practices in testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, stakeholders, and operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in system or software testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and QA methodologies
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of database testing (e.g., SQL) and API testing concepts
• Experience testing complex or mission-critical systems
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and proactively drive tasks
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

• Manage and optimize Windows and Linux servers, ensuring they are up-to-date with security patches.

• Maintain and upgrade existing IT infrastructure as necessary.

• Advise colleagues on best practices for the use of systems and technologies.

• Oversee and execute patch management activities effectively.

• Collaborate on planning and implementing systems to meet future business requirements.

• Cultivate strong relationships with key vendors and partners to support operational needs.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in Computer Science, Business Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.

• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Basic knowledge of Level 1 networking.

• Experience in cloud technologies is a plus.

• ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.
