Responsibilities:

• Develop manufacturing and test procedures.
• Install, repair, and maintain equipment in the field, and provide customer training as needed.
• Train manufacturing teams on the assembly and testing of both new and existing products, and support integration between software and electrical control systems.
• Prepare clear and structured documentation for analysis, and recommend design improvements.
• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot product designs while providing feedback for enhancements.
• Evaluate product and equipment performance using field data, and suggest improvements or modifications.
• Travel internationally to assess system performance and support custom installations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
  

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn specialized software tools.
• Preferably over 1 year of relevant experience in electrical engineering or related roles.
• Proficiency in programming languages like C++, C#, or HDL
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently or supervise project-based tasks when required.
