What You Will Do:

If you are on [Track A: Logistics & Scheduling]:

• Route Planning: Optimize and arrange daily travel routes for our engineering teams to maximize efficiency.

• Customer Liaison: Coordinate directly with customers to confirm or reschedule installation slots.

• Job Allocation: Assign tasks to installers based on location, urgency, and technician capacity.

Requirements (Who We Are Looking For):

• Qualification: Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Logistics Scheduling, Retail Supervision, Customer Service, or HR/Admin is highly valued. (Fresh graduates with a sharp mind are welcome).

• Core Skills: Exceptional logical thinking, time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Communication: Comfortable talking to customers, retail staff, and external partners.

You will join a global team managing high-volume HR processes using Workday, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of HR data. Manage employee lifecycle event requests via ServiceNow, support employees with ad-hoc system troubleshooting, and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume HR processes using Workday to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant global HR data and workflows
