About the role

We are seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to provide on-site administrative support. We need help to support our doctors and patients who are using DA’s 24/7 tele-consultation service. This will predominantly be a hands-on, operational role.

Your role as an assistant will be to help us maintain our promise of delivery standards and quality to our patients by preparing the medications at the fulfillment center for delivery, as well as assisting in troubleshooting operational matters that may arise in the process.

Overview*

Incumbent is required to provide (i) ops & administrative support and (ii) informatics systems support for allied health departments, ensuring smooth daily operation.

Working closely with allied health leads, incumbent is responsible for monitoring, maintenance and updates of relevant IT systems used by various allied health departments, including audit works, preparing budget and project management. Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)

1. Responsible for daily operations of assigned allied health departments, including front counter services, partnering Allied Health Leads and all other staff working within the department to solve system and process problems.
