About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Airfreight Customer Service Executive to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end air shipment processes covering either import OR export operations. • Taking charge of updating customers’ profiles, contract pricing and customer order pricing in the ERP system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Business or Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
