Responsibilities

Required Competencies and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance reporting, accounting operations, property accounting or documentation, bank reconciliation, external party coordination, property management reporting, or multi-entity reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, reconciliation schedules, and reporting templates.
