At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
The Tech & Analytics team builds the analytical and automation foundation that powers LinkedIn's most important Go-to-Market decisions. We partner across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Engineering to create a unified understanding of GTM performance. Our mission is to transform data into proactive insights and intelligent systems that guide LinkedIn's growth and efficiency.
LMS TPO builds and operates the platforms that LMS sales reps use thousands of times per day to discover insights and run customer-facing reports. NEON is the LinkedIn discovery application that surfaces the right report or insight tool to each rep; CIQ sits underneath NEON and executes the templated reports those reps depend on. As a Software Engineer on this small APAC-based platform team, you will own full-stack development across both products — feature development for the NEON/CIQ frontend platform APIs for the backend, plus core data tables, ETL pipelines, and infrastructure that keep them reliable for hundreds of LinkedIn sales reps.
This role will be responsible for standard development activities including architecting cross platform solutions, authoring design documents, full stack software development, creating custom UX components, building new API capabilities, integrating with first party and third party platforms, and writing unit tests. You will work directly with the platform tech lead and a tight-knit group of engineers, partnering with technical peers and business stakeholders. The role is a strong fit for an engineer who enjoys both shipping product features and managing the underlying platform. You will be fluent in the use of AI IDEs and productivity tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini, and Copilot to accelerate the SDLC. Strong candidates will have experience launching AI-forward features within existing applications and transforming workflows to agentic experiences.
This is an opportunity to drive meaningful impact on the core systems infrastructure that enables LinkedIn's global advertising sales organization to operate predictably, efficiently, and at scale.
