- Provide strategic insights and analysis of dealer performance, identifying opportunities for growth and recommending solutions that drive ROI.
- Deliver compelling presentations and reports that influence outcomes and showcase value.
- Partner with internal teams to design and execute end-to-end client solutions.
- Track all client activity through CRM tools and manage a disciplined sales pipeline.
- Achieve and exceed revenue, growth, and retention targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Support clients with ongoing product updates, training, and feature adoption to maximise engagement.
