  • Deliver compelling presentations and reports that influence outcomes and showcase value.
  • Partner with internal teams to design and execute end-to-end client solutions.
  • Track all client activity through CRM tools and manage a disciplined sales pipeline.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue, growth, and retention targets through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Support clients with ongoing product updates, training, and feature adoption to maximise engagement.
