Company Overview
Since its incorporation in 1994, V-Tech has expanded into a market leader in the field of machinery and tools for industrial use. In 2010, the company has expended and merged with Canaan and formed VTECH CANAAN GROUP, which is also a joint-venture with multi-national corporations from throughout the region and managed by an Executive Board with members based in Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. The division of The Executive Board is responsible for strategy, portfolio policy, human resource management and the monitoring of the execution of company policies among other processes.
