We are looking for an innovative and dynamic subject matter expert to lead business development for our ICE Global Network (IGN) and Consolidated Feeds services across the Asia Pacific region. Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and relationship management teams to drive revenue growth and identify cross-selling opportunities across ICE's broader suite of services.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for IGN and Consolidated Feeds, clearly articulating product capabilities, content coverage, and delivery options to clients and prospects.
• Identify and pursue new distribution opportunities for consolidated real-time market data across banks, asset managers, hedge funds, ISVs, and redistributors — including cross-sell opportunities with IGN.

• Contribute to new product development and regional strategy for IGN, bringing a deep understanding of APAC market structure and client needs.
• Gather and synthesise client requirements around content, latency, symbology, normalisation, entitlements, and technical onboarding; channel market intelligence to Product and Development teams to inform the roadmap.
• Monitor and assess the competitive landscape, identifying threats and opportunities that could impact our market position.
• Track regulatory developments and market data policy changes — including evolving exchange licensing models — and evaluate their commercial and operational implications.
• Represent ICE Data Services externally as a thought leader, engaging regularly with clients and prospects, speaking at industry events, and maintaining a visible presence across relevant professional and social media channels.
• Travel across the Asia Pacific region to build and deepen client relationships.

Knowledge and Experience

• 5–10 years of experience with a network or hosting provider, market data or information services firm, data vendor, ISV, redistributor, or financial institution.
• University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of network solutions and an understanding of the trading strategies they support across the Asia Pacific region.

Prime Brokerage (PB) within Global Markets provides a suite of services to hedge funds and other professional investors. Middle office initiatives are focused on increasing STP to drive scale across the Securities business, with an emphasis on high STP rates and quick query resolution to provide a seamless client experience. This is to be achieved in part by a multi-year system and flow convergence programme, as well as consolidating functions across Operations to form a broader Equity middle office.

Responsibilities

• Review, approve and provide oversight of cash transactions including payments & journals, with accountability for escalation and control frameworks
• Lead resolution of complex cash queries from internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes
• Maintain deep understanding of internal and external regulations, and drive adherence across the team
• Analyse and resolve exceptions in a timely manner, implementing root cause fixes to reduce recurrence
• Evaluate, escalate and own risk items in partnership with management and the business
• Drive continuous improvement of process efficiencies & controls, including sponsoring automation and re-engineering initiatives
• Maintain and develop senior relationships with multiple internal teams, including treasury, account management and risk management functions
• Lead regional coordination with global counterparts to ensure follow-the-sun / pass-the-book coverage is maintained and optimised
• Strong risk control mindset with meticulous attention to detail across daily operations, checkouts and supervisory responsibilities
• Solid product background in Cash Management and/or Prime Brokerage is strongly preferred
• Minimum 8 of years of progressive experience in Operations, and able to demonstrate the strong leadership 
• Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to delivering high quality client service and a client-first culture
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive strategic problem solving across functions

Director, Project Office (BioScience & MedTech)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Director, Project Office to lead the planning and development of facilities and asset strategies supporting research and office workspace needs. The role drives long-term space master planning, infrastructure renewal, and project delivery to ensure sustainable outcomes. It also involves close stakeholder engagement to deliver projects within scope, quality, budget, and schedule, and ensure smooth transition into operations.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning

• Develop long-term space strategies and master plans aligned with growth and infrastructure needs

Project Delivery

• Lead construction and refurbishment projects from planning to completion within scope, quality, budget, and timeline
• Manage feasibility studies, user requirements, budgeting, procurement, approvals, safety, quality assurance, issue resolution, and handover to operations (including DLP support)

Compliance & Stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Engage internal teams, users, and landlords to align requirements and resolve issues

Space Optimization & Cost Management

• Develop standard space guidelines and improve utilization across sites
• Drive value engineering and cost-effective solutions

Performance Monitoring

• Track and evaluate space utilization outcomes and continuously improve efficiency and functionality

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction management, project management, or asset portfolio management
• Registered Professional Engineer preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in Biosafety Level laboratory (R&D) space planning and development
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and technical drawings
• Familiar with local building codes and construction processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; self-driven, meticulous, and highly organized.

• Job Type: Contract – 3 Years (Extendable)
• Salary Range: S$12,000 – S$22,000
• Benefits: Annual increment, benefits, and bonuses during the contract duration.
• Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 8:30am–6:00pm; Fri: 8:30am–5:30pm
