About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Medical Sales Consultant (Digital Leads) to join our growing team.

This is not a traditional medical sales role that requires daily cold visits to clinics and pharmacies.

Instead, you will work with leads generated through Facebook campaigns, online marketing activities, referrals and digital channels. Your role is to engage interested doctors, clinics, pharmacies and customers, provide product information, arrange appointments where necessary and convert enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in any science related field.
• Experience in healthcare, medical products, pharmaceuticals, sales, customer service, marketing or business development is an advantage.

Responsibility :

1) Supporting and Assisting the Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager in carrying out sales processing

and other related activities.

A. Sales Support

1) Performing the sales and marketing workflow, which includes booking new order, repeat orders, meeting customer needs and expectations, interpreting and designing the customer's product specification, the product's package design, packaging mock up and development.

2) Issuing contract order review, proforma invoice, container matrix study report, normal sales order,

customer specification, customer specification change notice, credit clearance checklist, Splenda report,

purchase order, indicative price, sample requisition and work progress report.

3) Handling inquiries and initiate negotiations to confirm orders and repeat orders before processing orders.

Also monitoring customer packaging balance inventory from Sales Admin and reorder recommendations can be provided to customer based on the remaining stock levels.

2) Liaising with the Quality Assurance section on the customer artwork labelling requirement.

3) Liaising with the Quality Control section on the customer product quality and complaints (if required).

4) Liaising with the Regulatory Compliance section on customer product regulatory and registration

requirements.

5) Liaising with the outsourcing manufacturer on the customer's order's goods-ready date and request

Kami sedang mencari Ahli Kimia Makanan R&D yang berorientasikan perincian dan inovatif untuk membangunkan dan menambah baik produk makanan berfungsi dan suplemen diet, termasuk formulasi kecantikan dari dalam. Peranan ini melibatkan formulasi, pengujian, pematuhan peraturan dan pengkomersialan produk. Di samping itu, peranan ini melibatkan kerjasama dengan pasukan jualan/pemasaran untuk menulis cadangan produk, menyediakan maklumat label dan menyokong pertanyaan pelanggan.

Tanggungjawab:

1.) Formulasi Produk:

• Membangunkan produk makanan tambahan dan makanan berfungsi baharu (serbuk, cecair, kapsul)
• Merumus semula produk sedia ada untuk meningkatkan rasa, kestabilan dan kecekapan kos
• Menjalankan ujian bangku, kelompok rintis dan pengeluaran berskala tinggi
• Pilih bahan mentah, bahan aktif dan bahan tambahan yang sesuai
• Nilaikan keserasian bahan dan kestabilan kimia

2.) Pematuhan Kawal Selia dan Jaminan Kualiti:

• Membantu dalam menilai dan memilih bahan mentah, memastikan ia memenuhi piawaian kualiti dan keperluan kawal selia seperti HACCP, NPRA.
• Bekerjasama dengan ujian dan analisis makmal pihak ketiga untuk memastikan keselamatan, kualiti dan pematuhan produk dengan piawaian kawal selia.
• Mengekalkan rekod eksperimen, formulasi dan keputusan ujian yang tepat. Menyediakan laporan teknikal dan pembentangan seperti yang diperlukan.
• Kekal dikemas kini dengan peraturan dan garis panduan berkaitan produk makanan kesihatan dan memastikan pematuhan dalam pembangunan dan pelabelan produk.

3.) Sokongan Pengeluaran:

• Bekerjasama rapat dengan pasukan produksi untuk menjalankan percubaan dan penyelesaian masalah
• Mengoptimumkan proses pembuatan untuk mengurangkan pembaziran dan meningkatkan kecekapan
• Menyokong peningkatan skala daripada makmal kepada pengeluaran komersial

4.) Sokongan Pelanggan / Pemasaran:

• Bekerjasama rapat dengan pasukan jualan/pemasaran untuk memahami trend pasaran dan pilihan pengguna serta membantu dalam menulis cadangan produk dan bahan pemasaran.
• Bekerjasama dengan bahagian jualan atau secara langsung dengan pelanggan untuk menyediakan maklumat label, data pemakanan dan sokongan teknikal mengikut keperluan.
• Kekal mengikuti perkembangan trend industri, kemajuan saintifik dan perubahan kawal selia yang berkaitan dengan pembangunan produk makanan kesihatan.

Keperluan:

• Ijazah Sarjana Muda atau Sarjana dalam bidang Kimia, Pemakanan, Sains Makanan atau bidang berkaitan.
• Minimum 3 tahun pengalaman dalam pembangunan produk makanan, sebaik-baiknya dalam industri makanan kesihatan.
• Pemahaman yang kukuh tentang sains pemakanan, kimia makanan dan keperluan kawal selia.
• Pengalaman langsung dengan peralatan dan teknik makmal untuk formulasi dan pengujian.
• Berorientasikan perincian, kreatif, dan mampu bekerja secara bebas serta sebagai sebahagian daripada pasukan.
• Kebolehan untuk bekerja secara bebas dan sebagai sebahagian daripada pasukan dalam persekitaran yang pantas dan inovatif.
