JOB RESPONSBILITIES

The PWM COB Team is responsible for reviewing Account Onboarding and Maintenance documentations meet regulatory requirements. 

The team plays a key role in safeguarding the firm by performing the following key functions: 

• Understand the different client account structures and legal documentation required to establish new accounts 
• Review the accuracy and completeness of account documentation and all required signatures have been obtained 
• Ensuring organizational documents are obtained in accordance with firm policy and regulatory requirements 
• Perform data input into the system for proper account set up 
• Ensure suitability review has been completed 
• Identify red flags at client onboarding stage

Requirements

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. Equivalent qualifications and relevant experience will also be considered.
• Sound knowledge of international trade finance rules and practices, including UCP, ISBP, URC, ISP, and URDG.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant trade operations experience covering import and export trade finance products.
• Demonstrated ability to process trade finance transactions accurately and within established service levels.
• Experience in reviewing trade documentation and identifying documentary discrepancies in accordance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• For the Assistant Vice President role, experience in supervising, coaching, or guiding team members is preferred.
• Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered for the Senior Analyst position.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a dynamic operational environment.
• Proficiency in trade processing systems and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Communications & Content

• Prepare and format PowerPoint presentations and internal communication materials

• Update intranet content (Wealth Release Hub) using basic CMS/HTML editing

• Support email communications (EDMs), including drafting, formatting, and simple graphics

• Proofread materials for clarity, grammar, and compliance with internal standards

Administrative Support

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for senior managers

• Organize meeting setups, materials, and stakeholder coordination across teams

• Support documentation, agendas, minutes, and tracking of action items

Finance & Operations

• Process invoices and expenses, including purchase requests and payment tracking

• Maintain budget and expense trackers and ensure accurate reconciliation

• Ensure compliance with internal procurement and governance procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Business, Finance, or related field

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

• Basic understanding of HTML/CMS and/or graphic editing is an advantage

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Domain &Functional SME

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Collections processes, including delinquency and workflow management, recoveries, write-offs, legal collections, and customer communications.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications aligned with the target collections platform.
• Validate functional designs, configurations, and solution approaches to ensure they meet business intent and regulatory requirements.

Conversion &Data Migration Delivery

• Lead conversion and data migration strategy, including scope definition, data mapping, reconciliation, and validation.
• Oversee end-to-end legacy-to-target data conversion, ensuring data quality, completeness, and accuracy.
• Define and manage mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and cutover planning.
• Drive resolution of data issues, gaps, and defects in collaboration with technical teams.
• Coordinate with architecture, development, testing, and infrastructure teams to ensure aligned delivery.
• Manage dependencies across workstreams, vendors, and system integrators.
• Ensure adherence to the bank’s delivery standards, SDLC, and governance frameworks.

Testing &Readiness

• Oversee functional, system, integration, and testing from a business and SME perspective.
• Ensure test scenarios fully cover collections processes, conversion outcomes, and edge cases.
• Support business readiness activities including operational handover, and hypercare.

Stakeholder& Vendor Management

• Serve as a primary liaison between business, IT, vendors, and system integrators.
• Provide clear status reporting, risk management, and issue escalation to senior stakeholders.
• Guide vendors on functional expectations and validate delivered outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards/reports in Power BI or Qlik
• Perform statistical and performance-related analysis with validation checks
• Support ETL processes and manage data
• Gather and translate business requirements into data deliverables
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Business Analysis/Data functions
• Experienced in Data analysis, business analysis
