We are looking for adetail-oriented and fast-paced eLearning Developer to support the development of digital learning content. The role involves working with PowerPoint,Articulate Storyline 360, and AI voice tools to produce engaging and high-quality learning materials.

KeyResponsibilities

• Developand format learning content using PowerPoint
• ConvertPowerPoint slides into interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline360
• Syncvoiceover audio with on-screen content
• UseAI voice tools (e.g., ElevenLabs) to generate and integrate narration
• Perform basic audio editing (cutting, timing, syncing)
• Ensure consistency in layout, formatting, and branding
• Conduct self-quality checks (QA) before submission
• Revise content based on feedback within tight timelines

What We Are Looking For

1. PowerPoint & Content Development (minimum 2years of experience)

• Experience in PowerPoint design and contentdevelopment
• Ability to sync voiceover with slides/content
• Strong sense of layout, alignment, and formatting
• Ability to follow branding guidelines

2. Articulate Storyline 360

• Experience preferred (or willingness to learnquickly)
• Familiar with: Triggers and layers, Basic variables and Slide navigation and simple interactions

3. AI Tools & Audio (Preferred)

• Familiarity with AI voice tools (e.g., ElevenLabs)
• Basic audio editing skills (cutting, timing, syncing)

4. Fast learner, detail-oriented, and results-driven

• Strong attention to detail (content accuracy, alignment, timing, grammar)
• Able to perform self-QA before submission

5. Able to work efficiently with minimal guidance

• Capable of delivering under tight timelines
• Responsive and able to iterate quickly based on feedback

Requirements

• Singaporeans and SPRs are eligible to apply
• Work Location: Strictly office-based (NO remote-work is allowed)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (with 1 hour lunch break)
• Contract period: Immediately available for aminimum period of 3 – 6 months

• 10 – 15 years of software development experience in the financial industry, experience with CBK is preferred.
• Strong software development and support experience for mission critical systems in financial industry.
• Regional system implementation or deployment experience is a plus
• Strong change management control, good documentation skills and high problem solving skills.
• Self-initiated and is able to work on his/her own or in a small team
• Proven track record of supporting several Change requests or projects concurrently
• Depending on the project, your duties may include coding, scripting, building new systems (where necessary) and interfaces. For new system build-up, you may need to environment support during SIT/UAT.
• Expected to ensure your work are adequately documented and transferred to the production team post-cutover
• Expected to work with the senior developers and system architect in formulating technical solutions that is fit for purpose for your assigned projects. The solution will need to satisfy all security, regulatory and architectural standards.

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• At least 10-15 years of Mainframe development experience with at least 8-10 years in Cards application domain.
• Hands-on experience using Cardlink hosted on a mainframe platform.
• Hands-on experience in Cardlink Authorization and Settlement modules.
• Hands-on experience in scheme (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, UPI and JCB) quarterly compliance application development, support and implementation.
• Hands-on experience in Cardlink patch tape upgrade for scheme compliance changes, Cardlink Enhancements, Base Resolvers and In-house Customizations.
• Hands-on experience in Mainframe online CICS Cobol application development.
• Hands-on experience in Mainframe Batch Cobol, VSAM and JCL application development.
• Good domain knowledge in Cardlink Acquiring and Issuing modules.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Concise understanding of the system development life cycle.
• Good problem solving, out of box thinking, analytical, system thinking and solutioning skills.
• Fast learner, enjoy analytical work with attention to details and proactive in providing solutions.
