Are you a detail-oriented Accountant with strong QuickBooks and administrative experience?
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable professional to oversee our financial operations and support our administrative functions. If you have a solid background in accounting, finance, and office management, and take pride in accuracy and efficiency, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Cash Flow.
– Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
– Handle invoicing, payments, collections, and reconciliations.
– Support tax preparation and ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
– Prepare timely financial reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Liaison with Institutions
– Communicate with banks, statutory bodies, auditors, and subsidiaries.
– Assist with office operations, filing, data entry, and coordination of internal processes.
- General Office Management
– Help manage schedules, documentation, supplier communications, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks is a must
- Solid administrative experience in an office environment
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of financial compliance and documentation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting
Experience in both accounting and administration will be a strong advantage!
