Some of your duties will include:

·      Responsible for creating technical drawings and plans that are used in the construction and development of projects. The position works closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to create accurate and detailed drawings that are used in the planning, construction, and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure.

·      Create technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools

·      Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to understand project requirements and specifications

·      Ensure that all drawings are accurate and up-to-date, and that they meet industry standards and regulations

·      Make changes to drawings as needed to reflect design modifications or new requirements

·      Review and check drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Melakukan pembersihan dan pemeliharaan kebersihan seluruh area restoran, termasuk area publik (dining area, toilet, lobby, dll).

Tanggung Jawab:

• Merancang dan meninjau gambar teknik struktur sipil sesuai dengan spesifikasi teknis proyek.
• Mengawasi pelaksanaan konstruksi di lapangan agar sesuai dengan desain dan standar teknis.
• Melakukan koordinasi lintas disiplin (MEP, Arsitektur, QS, dll) selama pelaksanaan proyek.

Kualifikasi:

• Menguasai software teknik sipil seperti AutoCAD, SAP2000, Tekla, Ms. Tower, ETABS, MS Project, dan sejenisnya.
