※MEPエンジニアとは

MEPとは、機械（Mechanical）、電気（Electrical）、衛生（配管）（Plumbing）の略です。MEPエンジニアは、建物やその他の建設プロジェクトにおいて、これらのシステムの設計・施工・保守を専門とする技術者です。MEPエンジニアは、建築家や施工チーム、その他の専門家と協力し、これらの重要なシステムを建物の設計に円滑に統合する役割を担います。また、エネルギー効率や持続可能性を考慮し、エネルギー消費や環境への影響を最小限に抑えることを目指します。

• 設備システム検討：建築技術者や関係技術者と連携し、建物のニーズに合った機械・電気・配管システムを設計します。
• 負荷計算：HVACシステムに必要な冷暖房負荷を検討し、適切な機器の選定やエネルギー効率の向上をミッションとします。
• 機器選定：設計と負荷計算に基づき、HVACユニット、ポンプ、発電機、電気パネル、照明器具などを選定します。
• 法令遵守：設計・施工するシステムが、建築基準法や安全基準などの関連法規に適合していることを確認します。
• 関係者との調整：必要な関係者、技術者と連携し、システムが建物全体と整合するように調整します。
• コスト見積もり：MEPシステムの設置にかかる費用を見積もり、予算計画を支援します。
• 施工監理：施工中に設計通りに工事が進んでいるかを確認し、品質を確保します。
• エネルギー効率と環境配慮：エネルギー効率が高く、環境に優しいシステムの設計を目指します。
• 試運転と調整：建物の使用開始前に、すべてのシステムが正常に機能するかを確認します。
• 保守・アップグレード：建物の運用後も、システムの効率的な運用を維持するための保守や改善を行います。
• トラブル対応：システムの不具合が発生した場合、原因を特定し、解決策を講じます。

職務内容（Job Description）

MEPエンジニアは、契約書類（図面・仕様書）、工事の段階計画、MEPシステムの相互関係、施工の順序、プロジェクトスケジュール、運用・保守について深く理解します。

• MEP業者間で発生する問題の解決を支援します。
• MEPに関する設計上の課題を検証し、代替案を提案します。
• MEP関連の提出書類の受領・確認を支援します。
• 現場図面にMEPの変更や竣工情報を記録・反映します。
• MEP変更工事の範囲確認、予算策定、正当性の検討を支援します。
• MEP工事の設置を支援します。
• MEP業者の活動を指導・監督・管理します。
• MEP関連の資材、システム、施工図の調整・管理を行います。
• コンサルタントや監督エンジニア、検査官との連携を図ります。
• MEP業者が品質文書や記録を適切に管理・提出することを確認します。
• MEP業者が安全規則を遵守しているかを確認します。
• MEP機器の試験・試運転を支援します。
• MEPおよびインフラ設備の保守管理を行います。
• 設備リストの管理、投資・保守計画の立案と実施を行います。
• インフラの現地調査を実施します。
• 日本国内のMEPクラスターサービスの一員として活動します。
• 技術的な課題に対し、コーディネーターや他拠点のメンバーと協力します。
• 必要に応じて、寄居、武蔵、栃木、三郷、出雲崎、高崎工場など他拠点への技術支援を行います。

• Defining and documenting the overall system architecture for ADAS features, including hardware and software components and communication interfaces
• Collaborating with different engineering teams (software, hardware, testing, validation) to ensure seamless integration and implementation of the system architecture
• Leading system design discussions and making architectural decisions based on technical feasibility, performance requirements, and cost constraints
